中心部にチュートリアル。ロンドンもそうでしたが、初心者用の案内があるSIMはまとまりがよくて素敵なのが多いです。

A tutorial center at the middle of town. As it is in London, a SIM that has tutorial is often very nice with good theme and layout. Also there are some SIMs that provide free folk clothing.
