北欧のサウナ
お風呂に入れない方がおられる中、イメージだけでも豊かに、ストックホルムのサウナへ行きました。
簡素だけどどこか本格的な香りがします。
Someone may not be able to take bath, so please have a vivid imagination. Visited a sauna in Stockholm. It is rather simple but has some authentic flavor.
充分身体が熱くなったら、冷たい湖に飛び込むのが習慣のようです。
氷は張ってないけど寒そう。でも心臓に悪いことはなく、身体にいいのだそうです。
When the body gets hot enough, it is the custom to jump into a cold lake. Although there is no ice but it seems very cold. But it is good for health, not harm to the heart.
飛び込みは馬場区民プールにもあったけど、同じことでも北の湖でやると爽快です。
The diving was also set at Baba Public Pool, but it is different when done at a north lake.
水着も脱いでしまいたかったのですが、誰か来たら困る（＾－） 現地の人なら許してくれるかもけど・・・
入浴着と水着はサウナにフリーで置いてあった。飛び込んだ後はお得意のフローティングポーズ。ギャラリで見たことありますよね（＾－＾）
I was tempted to take off bathing suit, but that was a public place. It could be allowed among the local people. The bathing costume and swimwear were provided at the sauna free. My favorite pose after diving. Have you seen this shape in my gallery?
