AGISメディカル
AGIS（先進遺伝科学研究所）の中にもロボットが多くなりました。
以前は実験対象だったのが、今回は研究者側にも。
There are many robots inside the AGIS Medical (Advanced Genetics Institute of Science). They had been subjects for the research but now on the operator side.
内部の設備はあまり大きな変化はないみたいです。何の装置かは相変わらず不明ですけど；；
There are not so much changes in the facility, although still I cannot see the function of the apparatuses.
自分のデスクとコンピュータがあって仕事してたころが懐かしい。
I missed the time when I had my own desk and computer with my job.
骨格は人間に似てるけど違う。外形をより人間に似せたロボットの開発研究でしょうか。
The bone structure is similar to that of human but different. This could be a research to create a robot more resemble to human?
ベッドは宿泊設備ではなく、実験台のようです。ポーズも寝姿でない＾－＾
The bed seems not for accommodation but for experiment. The pose is also not sleeping.
何かが降りてきて首に刺さりそうに；； でも何もされませんでしたけど。
Something came down and almost stabbed my neck, but nothing happened.
医療設備にはつきもののスキャン装置。身体が浮いて回転もするのが珍しいです。
A scanning device, an essential apparatus in a hospital. It is new to see the body float and rotate.
スキャンされる私。こういうのってRLでも怖くないんですよね。
きっと手術で全身麻酔されることになっても、「よろしくお願いします」とかいって落ち着いてるかも。
却って変にどきどきしちゃったらどうしよう＾－＾
Myself being scanned. I do not feel nervous in this kind of situation even in RL. If I were getting an operation with general anesthesia, I might say “Thank you for your kind attention” or so and feel easy. But how should I do if I were excited in other meaning…

Like a gas chamber for unknown purpose. Could this be an incubation pod for a humanoid?
先日、幼いというかのろいというか、なんて言ったSL16Bで貰ってきたアバター。
こうして比べると決して幼い身体ではなく、結構かっこいいです。
これからこっちを使うことも多いと思います。よろしくお願いいたします＾－
I mentioned the other day that she is somewhat infantile or costive, a free avatar at SL16B. But comparing both shapes, she is rather mature and cool. I may use this one more often. Please continue your friendship with this shape.

インシリコより古いサイバーパンクSIMのHangars Liquidesが7月末で閉鎖されるそうです。
外観はインシリコに似た複雑な街ですが、私はコンセプトが統一されていて建物の内部の設備が充実してるインシリコの方が好きでした。
HLは2011年に制作され、一時はテレビでも紹介された超人気SIMだったそうですが、最近は過疎化してるとか。
これもSLの流れなのかも。インシリコはいつまでも続いてください！

A Cyberpunk City, Hangars Liquides that is older than INSILICO will be closed as of July end. The appearances of two cities are both complicated and similar, but I preferred INSILICO with its unified concept and well fabricated buildings. HL was established in 2011 and once it was a very popular SIM that was introduced in TV programs in RL, but now it is underpopulated, which could be a trend of SL itself. I wish INSILICO for a long life…

インシリコの今
好きな場所つながりで、久しぶりにインシリコへ行きました。行く度に少しづつ変化してるのが楽しいです。
これは前からあったかもけど、少なくなった素敵なお店の一つ。

Relating to my favorite sites, visited Insilico after some interval. It is joy to see something new every time. This one could have been there but one of the thinning beautiful shops.
主な変化は、自動で動くキャラクターが増えたこと。昔はキャンプシステムが多かったのですが。
お店の前で踊っている巨大なモデルさん。ダンスはそれほどセクシーでなかった＾－＾
Major change is increased auto-moving characters. That was done by camp systems before. A huge model dancing in front of a shop, the dance is not so sexy though.
前回SS撮ったポールダンスにも自動で踊るフィギュアがついていました。
The pole dance that I took picture before, now there is an automated dancing figure.
沢山見かけるようになったロボット。何故か傘をさしてます。
私たちアバターは濡れても平気なのに＾－＾

オクトパシー
いつもお世話になっているページ 「ヤナの世界」 から行ってみました。シンボルはタコさんです。

南カリフォルニアのような、明るい風景。ここはRLで私が大好きだったラグナビーチみたい。
見晴らしのいいレストランの前から崖沿いの小道、この先を回るとビーチが一面に広がってた。
A bright world like the Southern California. This looks like Laguna Beach which was also my favorite spot in RL. A scenic alameda from a restaurant on a cliff. After going around the corner, the beautiful beach comes in with a sweep of the eye,
ラホヤの街のよう、明るい強い日差しもカリフォルニアを思い出します。
Like a corner in the city La Jolla. The bright strong sunshine also reminds me of the Southern California.
あちこちに鳥さんがいます。吊り橋は洞窟の中にもありました。
There are many kinds of bird. A suspension bridge was also in a cave.
このサギさんたちは動きませんがリアルでかわいい＾－
These herons are not moving but real and cute.
傍へ寄っていったら沈んでしまった；； 下からみたらサギさんたちの足は底についてません。
これは振り込め詐欺でなく、踏み込め詐欺だね＾－＾
I came close and sunk in water. Second look confirmed that the feet of the heron did not reach the bottom. This is not a transfer fraud but a transferent fraud. (The Japanese word “Sagi” a bird heron has another meaning as a swindle who hard-sells a crow as a heron.)
タコ人間さん。よく見ると頭に5本、手足がそれぞれ1本づつとしても数が合いません＾－＾
An octopussy man. There are five tentacles for the head, and one each for hands and foot. The number does not match.
のどかな海岸に突然DJブースのあるダンスコーナー、ダンスボールもタコさんです。
In the calm atmosphere abruptly, there was a dance corner with a DL booth. The dance ball is also shaped as an octopus.
クラブハウスの入り口に蝶の群れが。色から見るとモルフォ蝶みたいですが、これは群れない？
群れはエゾシロチョウの青い変種でしょうか。
これが一斉に飛び立ったらすごいでしょうね。この絵は重ね撮りで飛んでる蝶を増やしてあります。
ネットで調べていたら、ネコが遊ぶ素敵な動画がありました。

There were numerous butterflies at the entrance of a clubhouse. The shape looks like Morpho, but it may not gather together like this. These flock could be a rare blue form of Aporia Crataegi. It should be a spectacle if these flies out all at once. This picture is using multi-exposure to increase the flying butterflies. While searching it in the net, found a cute site with a cat playing with them.
オクトパシーって「タコちゃん」という意味みたいですが、なんでこの場所の名前に？
ネットで調べたら、octopussyって、とんでもない意味もあるんですね＾－＾
その中に「多様性」というのがありましたので、納得！ のんびりした包容力、好きな場所のひとつになりそうです。
Through the net I found that the word octopussy could be a childish expression for octopus, but there are some outrageous meanings. ^-^ One of the meanings was “diversity” that convinced me. The relaxed capacious versatility, this could become one of my favorite spots in SL.

シェイプとスキン
フリーで貰ってきたアバターです。全く同じシェイプ、ヘアまで一緒なのにこんなに違う！
大きな効果は目と唇で、調整数値が同じなのにスキンで表情に大きな差が。だからお化粧は化けるって書くんですね＾－＾
These are free avatars. The shape and hair are both completely same, but so different! The big element might be eyes and lips. The adjusted numbers are identical but the facial expression is different. That is the reason why a makeup is written in Japanese, Ke-sho, of which the letter Ke means spooky transformation.
SL16B会場の自撮りブースで、セクシーな表情に挑戦しました。
でもなんだか幼いというか、のろいというか、ムードがなくてちょとはずい＾－
Challenged sexy faces at the self-portrait booth at SL16B site, but it is somewhat infantile or costive, no mood and a bit embarrassing.
もうひとつのスキンは、ぐっと大人の表情になります。この方が美人かも＾－＾
でもどうも自分の顔という感じがしません；；
The other skin provides more adult expression. This one could be more beautiful. But somehow I cannot feel this as my own face.
私はこっちのスキンの方が好き＾－＾ 10年以上使ってきた顔と似てるからかしら。
シェイプの調整は自分でしましたから似た顔になるのは当然ですが、スキンの影響って大きいですね。
I prefer this skin. May be because this is similar to the one that I have used for more than ten years. It is natural to end up with the similar shape since I adjusted the number myself, but the effect of the skins is so significant.

ずるいトレハン
私のSL誕生日の楽しみの一つは、沢山あるフリーギフトを貰ってくることです。
貰えるものはみんな持ってきて、後でゆっくり開いて遊ぶ＾－＾ 今年も50箱以上のギフトを貰ってきました。
これはトレハンスタイルになっているコーナーです。
「全てのギフトは、ランプから2m以内にあります」 ボード右下の赤い小さな箱がギフトです。
Foxy Treasure Hunting
One of my ways to enjoy SL birthdays is to gather many free gifts. I will take as many as possible and later enjoy them one by one. This year again I got more than fifty boxes. This corner is a treasure hunting style. The small red box on the right below corner of the board is the one.
これが会場！ この美しい混沌の中からあの赤い小さな箱を見つけるのはむずい！
一通り見てまわりましたが、一個も見つけられませんでした。そこで奥の手を＾－＾
This is the site. It is too hard to find the small box in this beautiful mess. I tried hard but none I found. So, I brought up the big gun,
まず、会場の余分なものを皆Derenderしてしまいます。ところが、これでも数個しか見つかりません。
最終手段として、AreaSearchを使いました。目的物までの距離が表示されるので、近くへ行けます。
見つけたものはその都度Derenderで消してゆけば、同じものを二度探すことはないです。
16個を全部見つけました。ランプの裏側とか、敷石の陰とか、これは無理だ、というのもあった＾－
会場を歩いててもGiftでサーチをかけたままにしておくと、接近するとわかります。
Firstly, I derendered whole frills in the site. But I found only a couple of them. So I used a huge cannon, AreaSearch. It shows the distance to the object, which brings me close. Once a box was found, it should be derendered to avoid double search. I found all sixteen boxes. They were set behind lamps or cobbles. Some of them are impossible to be found I imagine. The AreaSearch is also effective while strolling in the SL16B. If you keep setting the search for “gift”, it will tell you when they come close.

終わってしまいましたね。いろいろ文句はあったけど、楽しい２週間でした。LLさん、ありがと！

かっこいい！ 「アメリカの車、大きなウィング」で検索したら、シボレーのBat Wingらしいです。
こんな車が実際に走ってたんですね。
Cool car! Searched for “American car with large wing” and got Chevrolet Bat Wing. Such a car like this really existed on the road!
これはテレビゲームで使ったことがある、コルベットのオープンカー。
This is Corvette open, which I have driven in my TV game.
計器盤は作者のジョークでしょうか＾－＾ 左から空燃比、燃料、スピード、水温、タコメータ。 速度計はkm/h表示になってる！
空燃比計はマスタングについてたそうですが、今の車にはない？
The instrument panel might be a joke by the creator? From left to right, air-fuel ratio, fuel, speed, water temperature, and tachometer. The speedometer is km/h! The air-fuel meter was equipped on Mustang, but no car now has it?
ネットで見たら、古いコルベットの計器盤っていろいろあったんですね。代表的なのが上二つ。
計器は左から燃料、水温、速度、電流、油圧。タコメータは手の陰ではなく、センターについてます。
展示車のお店へ行ってみたら、クラシックカーが沢山ありました。コルベットはちゃんと下のデザインに＾－＾
試乗も出来ましたが、SLの車は外観も運転も、テレビゲームにはかなわないですね。走りも景色もずっとリアル。
グランツーリスモSportsで、雪道がなかなか出てこないのはどうして？ 詐欺ではないか！
I checked the internet and found that there were many types of instrument panels on the old Corvette. The typical one is shown above. From left to right, fuel, water temp, speed, battery and oil pressure. The tachometer is set at the middle, not behind the steering hand like the exhibited one. I visited the store of the creator. There are many classic models and Corvette on sale had the original shape same as the picture below. It is possible to make a test ride, but for the reality of both driving and appearance, SL cannot compete against TV games which have more variations in models and courses. But why the game GT-Sport still has not updated snow road? It could be fraud to sell it saying Dirt and Snow without it!

私とは全く違う素敵なお顔、私には絶対真似ができないシェイプです。無理にやったら変顔になっちゃうだけだ；；
でも、それがSLでの個性なんですね。いくら素敵でも、みんな同じ顔になっちゃったらつまんない＾－＾
最後になりましたけど、SL誕生日おめでとう！
When I was shooting Corvette, there was a gorgeous lady in the passenger seat. I had meant to ask for a picture but she left soon. I took only one. Please accept my apology for using it without permission. Smooth hair over the cool body with no bra, long slit faint gray eyes, straight small nose with fine pierce, small but rich sexy lips, a beautiful shape that I can never copy. If I tried hard, I would end up with a strange face. This is a good thing to have such variations at SL. Even how beautiful it was, it would not be interesting if everyone used the same shape.

Cool car! Searched for “American car with large wing” and got Chevrolet Bat Wing. Such a car like this really existed on the road!
これはテレビゲームで使ったことがある、コルベットのオープンカー。

計器盤は作者のジョークでしょうか＾－＾ 左から空燃比、燃料、スピード、水温、タコメータ。 速度計はkm/h表示になってる！
空燃比計はマスタングについてたそうですが、今の車にはない？
The instrument panel might be a joke by the creator? From left to right, air-fuel ratio, fuel, speed, water temperature, and tachometer. The speedometer is km/h! The air-fuel meter was equipped on Mustang, but no car now has it?
ネットで見たら、古いコルベットの計器盤っていろいろあったんですね。代表的なのが上二つ。
計器は左から燃料、水温、速度、電流、油圧。タコメータは手の陰ではなく、センターについてます。
展示車のお店へ行ってみたら、クラシックカーが沢山ありました。コルベットはちゃんと下のデザインに＾－＾
試乗も出来ましたが、SLの車は外観も運転も、テレビゲームにはかなわないですね。走りも景色もずっとリアル。
グランツーリスモSportsで、雪道がなかなか出てこないのはどうして？ 詐欺ではないか！
I checked the internet and found that there were many types of instrument panels on the old Corvette. The typical one is shown above. From left to right, fuel, water temp, speed, battery and oil pressure. The tachometer is set at the middle, not behind the steering hand like the exhibited one. I visited the store of the creator. お友達のEvanさんの展示は、Fun House、今回の展示の中でも規模が大きい方です。
中央左の、屋上にピンクのロケットが刺さってるのがそうです。

今回の展示には、お化け屋敷や遊園地風乗り物がいくつかありました。
これもビックリハウスかな。歪んだ建物に何故かフラミンゴがぞろぞろいたり（＾－＾）
There are several amusement houses and fun rides in the exhibition this time. This could be one of them, with crooked house, where a lot of pink flamingos for no reason.
「ここは皆歪んでる、みんなジョークなんだよ。ここにはメインメッセージはない。奇抜な面白い遊園地なんだ。メッセージは何にもないよ」

Found a futuristic booth. This is called Floch’er, slow but highly versatile service device moves by hopping and uses a beam for object manipulation
医療機器のようなものがありました。何されるのか、着衣のまま入ってみたけど何も起きなかった。

There was a device like a medical machine. I was thrilled by expecting some operation and entered with cloth on, but nothing happened. I took picture since the free avatar looked a bit cute.
Bryn Ohの「火星からの生物」―女性の捉え方を学ぶ。
Brynさんは、イモジンと鳩、LEAのキューブプロジェクトなど大きなアートを作ってこられたベテランさん。
女性の捉え方というより、瀕死のSLを抱き上げているような感じがするは私だけかな。

Bryn is a famous designer who made many great art such as “Imogen and the Pigeons” or Cube project at LEA. It looks rather like holding dying SL than learning to grab a woman. Is that only my imagination?
甘美な16歳、青春の輝き、期待と不安、そんなイメージとは離れた、懐古趣味のイベントみたい。
SL始めたころ、どんなめぐり逢いがあるのかな、キスされそうになったらアバターの目はどうするの、ひょっとしてプロポーズされたら・・・
なんて新しい世界への期待の日々、今回のイベントではそんな将来への希望はあまりない感じでした。
Sweet Sixteen, radiance of youth, expectation and reservation, but this event was a kind of nostalgic one apart from such images. When I started SL, I was wondering how I shall do my avatar eyes when going to be kissed. By any chance could I have a proposal? Such days of anticipation toward the new world. But I did not feel of espoir so much for the future this time…
セカンドライフに期待することは、人によって様々なのでしょう。
最盛期に期待されていたことは、不満足に終わったのか、満たされてしまった？
LLは原点に戻ってコミュニティの再構築、というのがリンデンホームプロジェクトの意味なのでしょうか。
Things that are expected in SL depend on customers. The expectation at the best days could have been resigned or reached to the end? LL might be thinking to get back to the basics, and the “Linden Homes” project could be a plan to rebuild communities?

SL16B 2/3 フリーアバ
私のアウトフィットは、ウェルカムゾーンで配布されているフリーのアバターです。
男女それぞれ二種類あって、衣装の色はHUDで変えられます。眼鏡は自前です＾－＾
最初のころの、ピンクのシャツにブルーのパンツだった新人アバターからはかなり進歩？
いつもお化粧してて何ともないんですけど、今回男性アバの顔を触っていたら、なんだかどきどきしてしまいました＾－
メッシュでなく昔のままの調整項目なのであんまり自由度がないけど、スキンがいいのか、結構リアルなの＾－＾

My recent outfit is one of the free avatars available at the Welcome Center of SL16B. There are two of each for male and female. The colors of clothing can be changed by HUD. The eyeglasses are my own. There is a big change from the first beginner avatars with pink shirt and blue pants. I feel nothing when I am making up my face but this time my heart throbbed when touching the male face. The avatar is not a mesh type but an old one with less freedom for adjustment, but the skin was good and might bring in a real feeling.
ピンクの塔はGuiniverre Despresの作品。SL16Bに因んでか塔が16本あります。
16番が一番大きいけど、塔の高さをSLの毎年のSIM数にしたら面白かったのでは？
それはちょっと酷いのかも＾－＾
The pink towers are by Guiniverre Despres. There are sixteen towers related to SL16B? The sixteenth is the tallest but it could be interesting if the heights were related to the number of SIMs for every year. Or it may be too ironic?
私が好きな感じのアート。Von Loopenの作品、「50年代の光の道を辿って」
The art that I like,“Walking under the 50’s light line” by Von Loopen.
格子模様がきれいなので、回りの展示は消しています。
一時的に消すには、オブジェクトにタッチ→More→More→Derender→Temporaryです。 SIM外へテレポして戻れば再現します。
The surrounding exhibitions were erased to show the beautiful grids. To erase an object is touch→More→More→Derender→Temporary. It will come back after teleporting to another SIM.
FionaFeiの「水墨」。作者は中国系アメリカ人で、中国の墨絵で表現された伝統的風景のイメージ。
傘の風景はSL16Bを祝うと同時に、香港での中国紛争も表しているそうです。
政治的な意味は分かりませんが、傘が動き、お魚が泳ぐ墨絵の世界の中を歩くのは、SLでしか出来ない素敵なアート体験です。
Shui Mo by FionaFei, a Chinese American, depicting a common theme or landscape seen in many traditional Chinese paintings. This art is to celebrate SL 16th birthday and also serves to underline the political turmoil in Hong Kong that troubles China.
I cannot comment about the political issue but is a nice experience to walk through the cool 3D art with moving ambarella and swimming fish, that is only possible in SL.

It eventually has become a symbol of their passive resistance. If seen from a distance, I hope for the viewer to see a Chinese landscape built from this population who are painting a "new China". It is important to note that the artwork does not favor any side of the bill, but rather, it stands an observational piece and symbolic view of the modern-day landscape of China.”
The art can be seen more symbolic when seen from the entrance hall of the theater across the street.
