森のハロウィン
いつもきれいな景色を紹介していただいている「ヤナの世界」で見た「失われた村」へ行きました。
暗い森の中の小道を廃墟へと辿ります。入口には大きな虎が！

Visited the Lost City that was introduced at The World of Yana where always cool spots were introduced. To go to an abandoned building following a path through a dark forest. There was a large tiger welcoming you at the entrance.
とても立派な虎で、私の持ってるのがネコみたいに見えちゃいます。
Gorgeous tiger that makes my one look like a cat.
メッシュで出来ていました。本体は１プリム、四角い箱は来た人の方へ向けるスクリプトが入ってるのでしょうか？
私の虎はスカルプらしく、歩く時のアニメ用脚を含めて23プリムでした。
It was made of mesh. The main body is of one prim. The box could be for script that makes the tiger follow a guest. My one may be made of sculp and has 23 prims including legs for walking animation.
森の中で出会ったラプトルもメッシュです。本当にメッシュで出来てるんですね（＾－）
A raptor in the forest was also made of mesh. A mesh object is really using mesh (^-^).
ゴールは不気味な廃墟。何か燃えてるのが人間の形をしてるようなので、傍へよると突然・・・
これはほんとにびっくりして、PCの前で声を出してしまいました。廃墟の中は次回に。
The goal is spooky ruin. Something was burning. It looked likea human body. I came near and all of a sudden…. That was really frightening. I screamed in front of my PC. Let me introduce the inside in the next article.

外洋帆走
広い海でヨットを走らせませんか？ Kazumiさんの新築ホームの前からリンデンの公海を！
レースではなく、自由に走ってみましょう。調子がよければここでレースもしたいですね。
Kazumiさんのご厚意でおうちの前の入り江にRezゾーンを用意していただき、ウインドセッターも設置しました。
場所はカズミさんの新築ホーム、以前の海の家です。分からない方は馬場で聞いてください。

Let’s do open sea yachting! Sailing in the public sea in front of Kazumi’s new house. This is not a race but a free sailing. If it works, we could make a race here in future. Kazumi kindly prepared rez zone and wind setter at her home. The place is Kazumi’s home, the seashore where the seaside clubhouse had been. If you are not the member or do not have the LM, please come to Baba Meeting Area and be a passenger of other yachts.

ブイは大きいのでかなり遠くから見えますけど、PCの視界が小さい方は地図を見てナビゲートしてください。

If your yacht has a race mode, please set it to get the above wind, W-10m/s. This course passes four SIMs. The buoys are huge and can be noticed from a distance, but if you do not have long viewing range it is required to use map for navigation. The buoy is shown in the map as a small red dot. Do not get lost (^-^)

大きい！
David Rumseyの古地図コレクションSIM。RLでは米国最大の地図コレクションだそうで、18、19世紀を中心に15万点以上の古地図が。
これはそのSL版ですが、びっくりしたのはその大きさ！ SIM４個をフルに使って周囲にびっしりと地図が展示されてます。
中央の地形はヨセミテの立体地図だそうです。

Visited avid Rumsey Map Correction. This is one of the largest private map collections in the United States. With over 150,000 historical maps, the collection’s primary focus is the cartography of the 18th and 19th Centuries. This is the SL version. The size is amazing! It uses four full SIMs around which many maps are exhibited. The map terrain covering the entire region is a map of Yosemite.
日本の道中絵図がありました。巻物を地面に伸ばしたので、上を歩くことが出来ます。
残念ながら文字が読めないので、江戸を出発して京都までは分るけど、その先どこまで行っているのか分りません。
日本の原本を探したけど見つからなかった。これも大きくて、長さが160ｍもあります！
There is a map along the road of Japan. The scroll is unrolled on the ground. Unfortunately I cannot read the old characters. I can see that the start is Edo (old Tokyo) and the midpoint is Kyoto, but I cannot see the destination. I looked after the original but was not able to find. This one is also huge, with length of 160m.
私は古地図にはあまり興味がないので、ガラスを多用した展示室が改築中のギャラリの参考に（＾－）

I am not crazy about old maps but interested in the gallery utilizing glasses, that is of some help for rebuilding my gallery. Digitization of the map library began in 1997; currently there are over 17.000 high resolution images of the maps, available for free at the above URL. Copyrights are reserved but images may be reproduced or transmitted, but not for commercial use.
グランドキャニオンの壁画がありました。残念ながらテクスのつなぎ目が見えてしまいますが、驚くのはその大きさ！
幅がSIM一つより大きく280ｍもある！ 下は一部分だけですが、中央下部に浮かんでる私から大きさを想像してください。
SLで今までみた最大の絵！ 私のギャラリを壁画にしよかと思ったけど、これに圧倒されて止めました；；
There was a picture of Grand Canyon. Unfortunately seams of the texture are obvious, but the size is amazing. The width is more than 280m! The picture below is only a part of it but you can see the size comparing with me floating at low middle. This is the largest painting I ever saw in SL. I had meant to put some wall paintings on my gallery but gave up after seeing this huge one.
これはそのSL版ですが、びっくりしたのはその大きさ！ SIM４個をフルに使って周囲にびっしりと地図が展示されてます。

工事中
ギャラリの改築は、やっと基本構造だけ出来ました。
あとはテクスを貼って家具を入れればいいのですが、何を貼ったらいいか迷ってばかり・・・ いっそ壁画にしちゃおうかな（＾－）
At last the basic frames of the renewed gallery have completed. The rest is only to paste textures, but it is hard to start. I do not have any idea how to select textures. I should put some wall paintings or better yet…
ちょうど隣のSIMがメンテなのか消失してましたので、上から撮れた。
手前で帆を上げているのはSLに復帰されたコリーさんの新艇です。
At a good time the next SIM disappeared by maintenance or so, it was possible to take a shot from above. The yacht with sail up is a new one by corry who came back to SL.
もうひとつ、ずっと工事中の建物が馬場にあります（＾－） Hisanoriさんのお屋敷。
新年はここで迎えたいということなので、多分私と同じころ完成するのでないかな。
黄色で示した部分は１プリム！ 柱の位置を変更するのは難しいのだそうですが、これなら省プリムですねー。
There is another building that has been under construction at Baba, a mansion of Hisanori. LEA
LEAの新しいフルSIMアートのオープニングに行きました。Solkide Auerの「噴水」
SIMが4個見えてますが今回の展示は中央の白い球のあるところ。右は以前紹介した廃墟の都市のアート群です。

Visited an opening of a new full-SIM art at LEA, Fontana by Solkide Auer. There were four SIMs in the picture, but this art is the white ball at the center. The right one is arts in a ruined city that was in my blog before.
SIM全体にカラフルなバーが巡らされています。大きので全部見ようとカメラを引くとモアレ模様が出てしまう。
Colorful bars are set using the full SIM. It is very big but if the camera is pulled back, moire patterns will appear.
中央に光っているのはテレポータで、参加者は次々と頭上のアートの中へ飛んでゆきます。
このような光と色のアートを見に来るには暗い服装がエチケットみたいで、私も白いビジネススーツだったのをシルエットに着替えました。
The bright ball is a teleporter that flies visitors into the art. It could be a manor to wear dark clothing to come to this kind of art with color and light, so I changed from white business suit to black silhouette.
アーティストのコメント：「私は色に対する愛着と、幾何学的形状へのほとんどマニアックな愛情を結合させた。
この組み合わせは私の作品でいつも表現されるのだが、今回は徹底的に強調したかった」
でも私には色より白を基調とした幾何学模様の方が印象的でした。
The artist comment: “I joined the passion for colors to the almost maniacal love for geometric shapes. This union has always been present in my works and this time I wanted to exaggerate completely” But for me the geometrical pattern based on white was more impressing than the colors.
なんでも沢山あると感動する、って以前書いたことがあります。これもそのひとつかも。
最近のアートにしては珍しくこれは動きません。でもだからゆっくりとカメラアングルを選ぶことが出来ます。
広いので沢山いる観客は全く邪魔にならない。カメラだけでなく自分自身が飛び回って様々なパターンを楽しめました。
Once I wrote that a lot of same objects could be impressive by itself. Not being same as recent arts, this one does not move. But accordingly it is possible to set camera freely at leisure. The area is so big that audiences flying around are not in the way. I enjoyed flying not only the camera but also myself to find various patterns.
頂上近くから見上げた月。これはリンデンの月のようですが、このアートに協力してるみたい。

今回の展示は、説明を読まないとわからないものが多かったです。FreeWee Lingの「残照」。作者の説明：
「私は「火」のために官能的なものを見せたかった。ギャラリーの暗さと顕著な熱に対し意図的なコントラストになっている。
「残照」のクールな白は情熱の名残り、さっきの火が醒めて行く燃えさし・・・」
事が終わって呆然としてる男性と、ぐったりして意識が戻っていない女性。こんなとこへ上がり込めるのも３Ｄアートだから（＾－）

At this exhibition, there are many arts that I cannot see the meaning without reading information. Afterglow by FreeWee Ling. Artist’s comment: “I wanted to make something for the FIRE show there was sensuous. It's an intentional contrast with the darkness and overt heat of the gallery space. Afterglow's cool whiteness is the remembrance of passion. The cooling embers of a recent fire.” After an affair, a male sitting hollow-eyed and a limp female still unconscious… This is a 3D art that allows me to have nerve to come in this kind of place.
Krystali Rabeniの「ドカーン」 「辛いトウガラシがフォークの上で、吸い上げた熱と香りを爆発させるのを待っている」
タッチすると導火線に火がつくので、じっと待ってたりあちこち触ったりしましたが、爆発しませんでした。
Boom by Krystali Rameni. “BOOM! .shows a hot chili pepper on a fork waiting to explode with flavor and heat the moment it is devoured.” The fuse wire was ignited by touhing it, so I waited for brust, and touched around but nothing happened.
Corcosman Voomの「プロメテウスが火をもたらす」 Ju Mingの彫刻に触発されたそうです。
Ju Mingは大きな面白い彫刻を作るRL台湾のアーティスト。これは人の形に見えなくはないけど、映画プロメテウスに出て来そう（＾－）
Prometheus Brings Fire by Corcosman Voom. The artist said this is a prim sculpture inspired by the sculptures of Ju Ming. Ju Ming is an artist in Taiwan. This can be seen as a human figure, but it could come in the movie Prometheus.
Dibidni Shostakovichの「ファイヤは動詞」、英語では解雇という意味があります。風にひらひらしているのは解雇通知。
「残念ですがこの会社での貴方の仕事はもう必要ではないということをお知らせします。
明日の正午までに私物を貴方のブースから片づけてください。人事部が最終文書を送り失業手当の申請方法をお知らせします」
このアートは1プリムしかなく、今まで見た一番小規模なアート！

一番シンプルなのは、これかも。何も置いてない会場です（＾－） タイトルは「全員解雇」？
The simplest art should be this one, the site where nothing was set. The title could be “All fired”?

火
西オーストラリア大学のアート展示の10月のテーマは「火」です。
火は清めもし、破壊もする。火は熱、欲望、革新、破壊、復活、熱情など、そのほか様々なキーワードが示されています。
今回は21人のアーティストが26の作品を出品しています。なんだか段々規模が小さくなるようなのは私だけの心配かな・・・
いつも何となくテーマに相応しい衣装を着てるつもりなので、今回は火を着ました（＾－）

The theme for the October round at UWA is Fire. Fire purifies and destroys. Fire is about heat, desire, renewal, destruction, resurrection, passion. Here are some keywords for our artists were given for inspiration. There were many keywords prepared for artists. This time there are 26 entries by 21 artists. Is it only me who am worrying that the entries become a bit fewer? I always try to wear suitable clothing for the theme, so I wore fire this time.
入口に松明があるのですが、裏へ回ってみたら人形の本体がセットされていました。
これはカメラを左右に移動させて撮ったのを貼り合わせたのです。
There are torches along the entrance. Looking from the other side showed that there was whole body holding the torch. These pictures were taken by moving camera sideways.
Talia Sunsongの「火の女性と水の女性」 作者のコメント：
私は火の霊感を感じ、世界中に火をつけたいと思う。でも私の熱情のゴールに相応しい冷静な思考頭脳も必要だ、全てを調和し統合するために。

舞台の上で恋を知った操り人形が、火事になって焼けてしまい、砕けた木の心だけが残った・・・本当はもっと長いお話なんですけど。
Tragedy by Krystali Rabeni. A marionette fell in love with a human girl but the stage was caught fire and all that remained in the debris was a broken wooden heart… The presented story is much longer.
Nexuno Thespianの「葉は二度と落ちない」 これには解説が見つかりませんでした。燃える秋、というけどこれは本当に燃えてるみたい。
炎の衣装も違和感ないと思ったけど「テミ、お前燃えてるぞ」って注意された。後で気が付いたら作者の方だったのです。お話を伺えばよかった（；；）
Leaves Don't Fall Down Again by Nexuno Thespian. I was not able to find a comment about this art. It could be said flame of autumn, but this one is really on fire. Someone there said. “Temi, u r on fire”. I did not know that he was the artist that I found it later. I wish I have talked with him regarding this art.
火は清めもし、破壊もする。火は熱、欲望、革新、破壊、復活、熱情など、そのほか様々なキーワードが示されています。
今回は21人のアーティストが26の作品を出品しています。なんだか段々規模が小さくなるようなのは私だけの心配かな・・・
いつも何となくテーマに相応しい衣装を着てるつもりなので、今回は火を着ました（＾－）

The theme for the October round at UWA is Fire. Fire purifies and destroys. Fire is about heat, desire, renewal, destruction, resurrection, passion. Here are some keywords for our artists were given for inspiration. There were many keywords prepared for artists. This time there are 26 entries by 21 artists. Is it only me who am worrying that the entries become a bit fewer? I always try to wear suitable clothing for the theme, so I wore fire this time.
入口に松明があるのですが、裏へ回ってみたら人形の本体がセットされていました。
これはカメラを左右に移動させて撮ったのを貼り合わせたのです。
There are torches along the entrance. Looking from the other side showed that there was whole body holding the torch. These pictures were taken by moving camera sideways.

白と黒の世界
LEAの展示、Cica GhostのBlack And White Worldを見に行きました。白い家を作るのに参考になるかと（＾－）
作者のコメントには、心の中の小さな世界を描いたもので、白と黒の風のある一日、生活の小さな一齣がいっぱい、
生きていることを感じさせようとして、うまくいったと思う、とありました。

Visited LEA presentation, Cica Ghost’s Black and White World. I expected to see something that helps me to imagine my gallery in white. The artist comment said, “For this world I have drawn a small world which existed in my mind. It is full of little pieces of life in a windy day of black and white. I wanted it to feel alive and I hope it succeeded.”
一見雪景色のようで、そうでない。真っ黒な、でもハートのある雨が降っています。
At the first glance it looks like snow scene, but it is not. There is rain in pitch black but with hearts.
草も、街灯も、風も黒です。
Grass, street lamp, and also wind are black.
白黒ツートーンではなく、きれいな中間色のグラデーションもありました。
It is not white and black only. There was nice gradation of gray.
あちこちにいる住人？たちは、線画かシルエット。家は3次元の線描きです。
The residents around the area were either silhouette or line drawing. Houses are three dimensional line art.
少し家具のある家もあり、猫、蝶、雀などがいて、線画の住人や木などと同様に動いていました。
楽しい世界でしたが、私のギャラリの参考にはなならなかった・・・
There was a house with some furniture. There were cats, butterflies, and sparrows. They were moving as the residents and trees. It was a joyful world but I did not find any idea that can be used in my gallery…
作者のコメントには、心の中の小さな世界を描いたもので、白と黒の風のある一日、生活の小さな一齣がいっぱい、
生きていることを感じさせようとして、うまくいったと思う、とありました。

錯覚
前回の土曜日の馬場ダンスのテーマは「バンド」だったのでステージに上がりました。
ちょっと見にくいけど、ネコさん二人は少し後ろに位置してるように見えますね。
実はダンスボールがセットされているので、５人はぴったり横一線に並んでるのです。
The theme of the party at BABA last Saturday was “band”, so we were on the stage. It might be hard to see, but the two cats look standing a bit behind. Actually five of us were exactly in a line standing on dance balls.
背景を消して水平に覗いたところ。ダンスボールの高さが一定なので、小さいひとは浮き上がってしまいます。
でもこの絵でもやはり2匹は少し後にさがっているように見えます。
Looking at them from a horizontal position with the background erased. Since the dance balls are set same height, small avatars are floating in the air. But the cats still look standing behind in this picture.
真後ろから見ると、今度は2匹は少し前に出てるように見える（＾－＾）
立体視のない単眼カメラなので、あちこち視点を動かしてもこの前後の錯覚は消えませんでした。
ミズキさんの「飛び出して見える」シリーズは、こんな感じを生かした、今流行の3D映画の逆を行く面白いテクニックなんですね。
Looking at them from behind. Contrary, this time the cats look standing forward. Due to a single-eye camera that does not have stereoscopic vision the perspective illusion did not disappear although the camera was moved around. The series of work “Out of the bound world” by mizuki was a cool technique utilizing this phenomenon that turns the table of current boom of 3D movies.

秋
今年は天美茶屋の毎月の景色入れ替えをさぼってました。今年5回目の模様替えなので、2か月に1回しかやってない（； ；）
また昨年と同じカボチャですが、プリムがあるだけ並べました。
1個1プリムなので自由に並べられるのだけど、カボチャ畑にするのも、ピラミッドにするのもめんどい・・・ やっぱり怠慢だな。

I was lazy on seasonal monthly change of Temi’s teahouse. This is the fifth change, so there were only every two months. Again pumpkins as the last year. I put as many as prim limit. One prim for one pumpkin, so it is possible to arrange them freely, but it needs work to make a pumpkin field or a pyramid. This was to be expected…
また昨年と同じカボチャですが、プリムがあるだけ並べました。

白い家
最近はギャラリの建て直しばっかりしていて、外出することがなくブログネタもないんです（；；）
なので近況報告（＾－） まず基本骨格だけを作りました。四角しか使ってないので単純な形です。
Recently I am only doing remodeling my gallery and have nothing for the blog article. So let me report the process. Made the basic shape. Since only cubes were used, very primitive shapes it is.
白一色で作りたかったのだけど、無地の白だと光（時刻）によって色が変わったり陰影が出なかったり（；；）
テクスを使わずまず透明度だけを調整して陰影を出そうとしましたが、どうしても平板になる（あたりまえだ）
この調子でほんとに年内に出来るかな・・・
I had meant to make my gallery with only one color, white, but plane white is affected by lighting (time of the day) and changes colors and loses shades. I tried to get shade with changing transparency without using texture but it became very flat (naturally). At this rate, is it possible to finish it within this year…

ギャラリ改築
4年もそのままだったギャラリを作り変えることにしました。といっても技術がないので、相変わらず四角を積み上げるだけです。
でもLEAのキューブアートに力を得て、あえて直方体だけで、SLならではのアンバランス感を出そうと思います。
しばらくの間、ギャラリ―はお休みです。
Start remodeling my four-year-old gallery. Since I do not have any technique, it will be made only with piled-up cubes. But I was encouraged by the cube arts at LEA so I will dare use cubes only to create unbalance that is only available in SL. For the time being, the gallery will be closed.
旧ギャラリを撤去するのに、建物でよく行われている「リンクを全部外して物理に」をやってみました。
震災や津波の被害に会われた方々が多いので不謹慎かと思い画像はアップしませんが、瓦礫の撤去がいかに大変かを実感しました。
数百点のプリムは予想外に広がってしまいました。更地になったギャラリの跡、よく見るとまだ海の中に何点も瓦礫が。
ガラスも予期しない場所から出てきて、海をきれいにするのはすごく大変なことなのだと思います。
When removing the old gallery, I tried a method they often take when finishing a building, to make it physical after removing link. I did not put the picture here since there are many people who really experienced the ruin due to the earthquake and tsunami, but I also felt that it was a real trouble to clean up the debris. More than several hundred objects were spread also in the sea. The site after cleaned up the ruin. Second look confirmed that there were still some objects left in the sea. I found glass panel later in an unexpected way, and I realized it is very hard to clean up the sea.
前回同様、まず基本形状だけのプリムを置いて座標をとり、床や柱を建てます。
スカルプもメッシュも出来ないので、また四角だけの変わり映えしないものになると思うけど（；；） 年内完成を目指して頑張ります。
As same as the last one, I set several prims to confirm the basic layout, and then will set floors or pillars. Since I can use neither sculpture nor mesh and use only square prims, it will be any old thing, but I will do my best to finish it within this year.
