ハムダン大
アラブ首長国連邦、シェイク・ビン・ムハンマド・ビン・ラシッド・アル・マクトゥーム皇太子（なが！）の名前。
2009年2月設立のネット上の大学。UAEの高等教育科学研究省（？）の管轄する最初のオンライン機関だそうです。

His Highness Sheikh Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai and the President of Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University (HBMeU), officially launched the HBMeU on February 1, 2009. The HBMeU is the first online institution to be licensed and recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the United Arab Emirates and among the few in the region.
SL大学ブームの最後の方に登場しただけあって威容は堂々としてます。
As a late comer in the golden age of SL universities, it has a full-blown dignity.
砂浜とヤシの木があるキャンパス。RLのドバイの大学も水と自然が豊富なきれいな環境のようです。
ドバイには地元大学だけでなく世界各地の大学が進出していて、高等教育のハブを目指してるんだって。
The campus with beach and palm trees. Universities in RL Dubai seem to have clean environment with a lot of water and nature. There are many famous universities have gained ground in Dubai that has been aiming at a hub of higher education.
オンライン教育を謳った壮大な目標に比べ、SIMは一つしか使っていないし、教育的な設備や工夫はあまり見られません。
ムード作りに終わってるような感じです。でも夜景のテクスや、ラクダさんは素敵（＾－）
Comparing with the grandest target toward higher online education written on the board, they are using only one SIM, and although there is beautiful atmospheric effect but no special facility or idea for education. But it is nice to see the nightscape and a cute camel.
